The lobby area is very welcoming, comfortable, clean and always smelling good. It was always pleasant to walk into the hotel after a day out visiting Paris. The sweets at the counter are a nice detail and are of better quality than those in some five star hotels. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality was excellent. The breakfast and meal area is very comfortable and pleasant, more than the photos on the website give away. This area was a factor that helped us decide on this hotel, and it ended up exceeding our expectations. A special thanks to Zohra for her friendliness, smile and tireless help. It made all the difference in our stay and made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Thanks also to Mourad for his great friendliness and help, as well as to Amynata for her quick help in offering us a place to store our luggage before check-in. Our room 232 was always clean and tidy to perfection, so we would like to thank the person who took care of it, whose name we don't know. Please convey our thanks to this person as well. The staff is the most important part of the whole experience. The room was a bit smaler than we'd like, but was comfortable and quiet. We also liked the small fridge, the safe, and the correct temperature in the room. Rituals products were a nice detail. Our room had a comfortable couple's bed which provided proper sleep and rest.

The train station lines were right outside the hotel, with lovely restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and grocery minimarts. While food was available outside of the hotel easily, and the deliveroo and uber eats app made it quite easy to order food in at a good price, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice for the price we paid per night. The room was clean and comfortable and everyday they restocked the toiletries and coffee cart. If you are wondering why it's so quiet in Bercy, the Bercy Village is a unique and cute alley with happening restaurants and a few Luxury shops and cinema for families. I would stay here again.

It was lovely and clean and had very helpful, friendly staff. Our room was good, slightly small for a family of 4 with bags but we managed ok. The facilities were clean and the beds were firm. We prefer slightly softer and a mattress topper would have made this more comfortable. It was very close to Bercy train station which made getting around very easy. So it was a good location for us. We would recommend this accommodation to others.

Great location to visit Disney and Paris city center alike (Gare de Lyon within a 10-minute walk and Bercy metro station at doorstep). The hotel is functional (no-frills), with a good family room and a very good breakfast. There was a magician entertaining the kids on Saturday morning, which was a plus. The staff at the front desk was friendly and professional.
