Novotel Paris Centre Bercy

Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and had enough space for our family of four and luggage. Great location if you are using the hotel as a starting point for exploring Paris by metro, and arriving by train to Gare de Lyon. There were no waits at breakfast and service was quick and prompt. Bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The train station lines were right outside the hotel, with lovely restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and grocery minimarts. While food was available outside of the hotel easily, and the deliveroo and uber eats app made it quite easy to order food in at a good price, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice for the price we paid per night. The room was clean and comfortable and everyday they restocked the toiletries and coffee cart. If you are wondering why it's so quiet in Bercy, the Bercy Village is a unique and cute alley with happening restaurants and a few Luxury shops and cinema for families. I would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely and clean and reception was very welcoming, breakfast was good too

The location was perfect for our concert at the Accor arena, the staff were great - I ordered room service and the lady brought pizza up to the room and I forgot a drink so she let me have the pizza, ran back down to grab me a Coke Zero and ran back up with the drinks. Everyone was super friendly

Great location and now a new metro right at the front door. Big rooms and good breakfast.
